  3. Be as good a guest as you can
  4. Do not make your conversation audible to others who aren’t involved in it, it’s your business, not theirs.
  5. Dress well.
  6. Keep your arms by your sides, as if you have newspapers rolled up under your armpits if you flay your elbows out it leaves less room for other diners.
  7. If there’s any kind of quandary – don’t make it personal, or take it personally, deal with it in the best way possible.
  8. Do not play with the cutlery, crockery, glassware or aliment.
  9. If you’ve had good accommodation – tip your waiter/waitress, even if the bill verbally expresses accommodation is included, tipping acknowledges & inspirits good accommodation
